As the first point of contact, the host of the practice, you will play a crucial role in ensuring smooth operations and delivering outstanding patient care.
Overview:
As a Front Desk Receptionist, you will be responsible for managing the reception area, greeting patients, answering phone calls, scheduling, and providing administrative support. Your professionalism, welcoming, and above friendly demeanor will set the tone for a positive experience for all who enter our premises.

Hours: 8am-6:30pm
Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Friday
Duties: (but not limited to)
- Greet and assist patients in person, over the phone, or digitally with professionalism and courtesy.
- Optimizes patients’ satisfaction, provider time, and treatment room utilization by scheduling appointments in person, by telephone, or digitally.
- Maintains full schedules for providers.
- Handle patient check-ins, paperwork, insurance verification, patient check-outs. etc.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the reception area.
- Obtains revenue by recording and updating financial information; records and collects patient charges;
- Collects patient receivables
- Coordinate with Chiropractors and office manager to ensure seamless patient care.
- Assist in clerical tasks such as filing, data entry, and record keeping.
- Support marketing events and promotional initiatives as needed.
- Maintain HIPAA compliance.
Skills:
- Proficient in clerical duties with reception roles.
- Computer literacy including knowledge of Microsoft, excel, Google etc.
- Familiarity with phone systems and excellent phone etiquette..
- Ability to work effectively in a high volume, fast-paced environment.
- Exceptional organizational skills to manage front desk operations smoothly.
Requirements/Preferred:
- Excellent communication skills and a friendly demeanor.
- Welcoming and outgoing demeanor
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information appropriately.
- Strong interpersonal skills to interact with a diverse clientele
- Previous experience as a receptionist or in a customer-facing role is preferred.
