Summary of Responsibilities:
- Assist with the day-to-day operations of the store
- Motivated to drive sales and ensure goals are being reached
- Maintained store appearance by adhering to company visual standards
- Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
- Provide an exceptional store experience for customers within a fun, professional store environment
- Lift and rearrange furniture around the store
Experience & Qualifications:
- Must be able to follow directions and present yourself in a professional manner
- Must have own transportation
- Must be willing and able to lift furniture weighing 50 lbs on average daily
- 1-2 years of retail and sales experience and basic math skills are required
- Weekend availability is a must; a flexible schedule is required
- Must be available to work 8-hour shifts from Friday to Monday
- Computer literacy is a must
- Experience in social media, styling merchandise for photos, and taking and editing photographs
