Office Co-Manager with bookkeeping experience needed for a small but fast growing company

You would be responsible for
Accounts payable and accounts receivables, working with others to set up 1099’s for subcontractors as well as any other required end of year documents, daily check writing, reconciliations, balancing, proposals, as well as other office tasks.
Please have five years of Bookkeeping experience (preferred), attention to detail, strong organizational skills, work well with others as this is a Co-Manager position but also have the ability to work independently and manage time efficiently, ability to manage multiple competing priorities in a timely manner
Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Microsoft Office, QuickBooks, ability to work with general office equipment (fax machine, printer/copier, postage meter, etc.), ability to work with and understand databases a must, ability to learn new skills, social media experience is a plus but not required
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $25.00 - $35.00 per hour
