Job Description:
The successful candidate will assist the Property Manager in supporting a portfolio of properties, providing top-notch administrative assistance to ensure efficient day-to-day operations.
Main Responsibilities:
- Respond to tenant inquiries and resolve issues promptly and professionally
- Maintain accurate records, spreadsheets, and databases related to property management
- Prepare and distribute necessary documents, such as work orders, vendor contracts, and tenant correspondence
- Collaborate with internal teams to achieve shared goals and objectives
- Develop and implement effective solutions to improve operational efficiency
- Perform various administrative tasks, including filing, data entry, and supply management
- Assist with coordinating and managing vendor services and maintenance schedules
- Support special projects and initiatives as required
Key Qualifications:
- Demonstrated experience in property administration or a related field
- Superb organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to prioritize tasks effectively and manage competing deadlines
- Technical proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel and Outlook
- Knowledge of industry-specific software, such as JD Edwards and Yardi, is an asset
