Well-established real estate law firm is hiring a Commercial Real Estate Paralegal to join its midtown Manhattan law office.
The ideal candidate is a motivated professional with:
- 3 years of commercial transactional real estate experience, required
- Commercial title and survey review experience, required
- Notary Public certification (or ability to obtain), required
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organizational skills
The Commercial Real Estate Paralegal will:
- Assist with commercial real estate transactions from inception to post-closing
- Review and clear title and survey
- Create closing checklists and binders
- Draft various forms and agreements including but not limited to; operating agreements, purchase agreements, loan documents, settlement statements, AIA contracts, escrow letters, deeds, ACRIS forms, SS-4, UCC-1, UCC-3, etc.
- Assist with forming corporations and LLCs and obtaining EINs
- Generate reports
- Manage communication between involved parties
- Assist with additional tasks, as needed
Additional Information:
- Salary: $95K - $130K commensurate with experience discretionary annual bonus

- Hybrid schedule after 90-day probationary period
- Monday - Friday, 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM with occasional overtime as needed
Salary : $95,000 - $130,000
