NAFI New York is currently exploring candidates for a highly motivated and detail-oriented Office Manager to join our dedicated team of professionals. In this in-person position, you will be responsible for providing comprehensive administrative and office support across both locations, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations and helping to create a positive, efficient working environment.
Responsibilities Include:
- Serve as the primary contact for facility, building, equipment, and vehicle maintenance
- Provide office support to program staff, including scheduling trainings, maintaining staff records in external training systems, and assisting with onboarding for new staff
- Generate reports and compile data for program staff and stakeholders
- Oversee security functions and staff access to databases like CNNX and HSLC
- Support upper management and program staff with coordination and implementation of program needs including coordinating the on-call schedule and creating event calendar
- Coordinate with IT department or others to troubleshoot any issues
- Plan and organize for in-office or off-site activities and events
