What are the responsibilities and job description for the Clinical Coordinator/Program Director position at NAFI?
North American Family Institute (NAFI), a national non-profit human services agency with services in eight states, is seeking a full-time Licensed Clinical Coordinator/Program Director to join our NAFI Florida management team!
The Clinical Coordinator/Program Director will be licensed in the State of Florida, and will be responsible for providing clinical supervision and directing program operations of an evidenced-based service model to youth and families who are involved in the Florida Juvenile Justice system. Under contract with the Department of Juvenile Justice, NAFI FL staff deliver Parenting with Love and Limits (PLL) services in six counties within Northeastern and Central Florida.
Responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
- Developing and maintaining a positive and productive working relationship with Department of Juvenile Justice Administrators and personnel.
- Ensuring compliance with Department of Juvenile Justice contract and PLL fidelity.
- Ensuring sound fiscal management of the contract.
- Responsible for providing leadership and maintaining a positive staff culture.
- Participation in operational budgets, contract renewals.
- Providing in-person and virtual group and individual supervision to therapists and case managers.
- Reviewing and approving assessments and treatment plans.
- Traveling to Jacksonville, Florida once per month.
Qualifications/Education: Mental health counselor, social worker or marriage and family therapist, licensed in the State of Florida. Administrative management and clinical supervisory experience required. Familiarity with electronic health records, video conferencing, data entry, word, and excel is a must.
Salary: $65,000-$70,000 annually, depending on experience.
Work Location: Lakeland, FL; Satellite office: Jacksonville, FL (in-person and virtual)
