2 4 years of experience.
Configuration and upgradation of Windows Mac and Linux OS laptops.
Installation and configuration of software developmentrelated applications and tools like Visual Studio SQL Outlook and VPN clients.
Diagnose and troubleshoot software and hardware issues on laptops.
Basic Knowledge of LAN WAN and WiFi Infrastructure.
Good troubleshooting and communication skills.
Good understanding of Office 365 SQL databases and other software or applications.
Must provide support to all end users either internal or external.
Knowledge about asset management.
Mange Meeting room Projector setup Calling Device.
Manage Network Infrastructure.
Handling access control CCTV
Additional Note : 5 days a week work from office.
Qualifications : Bachelor s Degree
