Key Responsibilities:
- Project Management:
- Lead and manage the delivery of large digital transformation projects from inception to completion.
- Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless project execution.
- Identify and mitigate risks to project success.
- Track project performance, specifically analyzing the successful completion of short and long-term goals.
- Client Relationship Management:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with C-Level executives and other key stakeholders.
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring their needs are met and expectations exceeded.
- Facilitate regular status meetings and executive briefings with clients.
- Gather client feedback and work with internal teams to continuously improve service delivery.
- Pre-Sales Support:
- Collaborate with sales teams to support pre-sales efforts.
- Respond to RFPs and RFIs, crafting compelling proposals that address client needs and showcase the company’s capabilities.
- Participate in client presentations and pitch meetings.
- Assist in the development of sales strategies and plans.
- Communication and Reporting:
- Prepare and deliver clear, concise, and effective presentations to clients and internal stakeholders.
- Communicate project status, risks, and issues to all relevant parties.
- Develop comprehensive project documentation and reports.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Technology, or a related field. An MBA or relevant advanced degree is a plus.
- Proven experience in managing large digital transformation projects.
- Strong understanding of digital technologies and trends.
- Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Solid organizational skills, including attention to detail and multitasking abilities.
- PMP, PRINCE2, or similar project management certification is preferred.
