Job Summary
A gentleman living in the Perkasie Area is looking for Staff, both Non-Enhanced, Companion, and Enhanced, to assist him in the home and the community.
Responsibilities
- Provide direct care and support to individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities
- Assist individuals with daily living activities, including personal hygiene, meal preparation, and medication administration
- Implement individualized care plans and behavior support plans
- Promote independence and community integration for individuals
- Document individual progress and any incidents or changes in behavior
Requirement For Enhanced Services
-RBT or NADD Certified. Can also have a BA in Psychology, Sociology, Gerontology, or Education.
- Experience working with individuals with disabilities preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screening
Pay Rate:
Enhanced is $ 28.00 to $ 38.70 per hour
The home and Community rate is $18.00 to $25.00 an hour
Companion rate is $19.92 an hour
Hours Needed
- 6 PM-10 PM, Monday-Friday
-10AM-6 PM, Saturday and Sunday
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
