We are hiring a Property Administrator to oversee the operations, maintenance, and tenant relations for our commercial properties. What You’ll Do
- Property Maintenance & Operations – Oversee maintenance, ensure compliance with safety regulations, and manage service providers.
- Tenant Relations – Serve as the primary contact for tenants, manage lease agreements, and ensure tenant satisfaction.
- Lease Administration – Draft, review, and monitor lease contracts, renewals, and rent collections.
- Financial Management – Prepare budgets, track expenses, and handle accounts payable/receivable.
- Property Inspections – Conduct regular site visits to assess conditions and address improvements.
- Marketing & Leasing – Promote vacancies and oversee leasing processes.
- Risk & Compliance – Manage insurance, ensure regulatory compliance, and handle legal matters.
- Vendor & Contract Management – Negotiate and oversee service provider agreements.
- Reporting – Prepare property performance reports for owners and senior management.

Requirements
What You Bring
- Five years’s of proven experience in property management (commercial real estate preferred).
- Associate degree in business management, or similar.
- Certified Property Manager (CPM), a plus.
- Strong financial acumen, lease administration, and budgeting skills
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
- Knowledge of property regulations, compliance, and risk management.
- Experience with property management software; Yardi is a plus.
