Marketing Specialist

The Marketing Specialist is responsible for developing, implementing, and maintaining marketing materials and strategies to support the company’s brand, agents, and property listings. This role involves collaboration with the marketing and sales teams to produce flyers, proposals, social media content, videos, blogs, newsletters, and more. A creative and detail-oriented individual with a passion for real estate marketing, digital content creation, and project management will thrive in this position.

·        Create and update marketing materials including flyers, proposals, and presentations.

·        Take/edit property photos and videos for use across channels.

·        Manage and schedule email blasts.

·        Create social media posts and manage accounts.

·        Post and maintain updates to the company blog.

·        Design and distribute internal newsletters.

·        Implement and maintain tracking for e-blast, advertisement, and social media campaign performance.

·        Assist in the design and mailing of postcards.

·        Create other marketing materials for agents or the marketing team as needed.

·        Perform other duties as assigned by management.

·        Design: Create visually appealing, brand-compliant marketing materials.

·        Results-driven: Track performance of new and existing campaigns and strategies.

·        Creative Problem Solving: Find innovative solutions to unique challenges.

·        Oral & Written Communication: Use clear and concise vocabulary, style, grammar, and punctuation.

·        Collaboration: Fully engage in team projects, offering and accepting feedback where appropriate.

·        Time Management: Manage multiple projects simultaneously to meet deadlines.

·        Attention to Detail: Complete tasks accurately and thoroughly, noticing and minimizing errors.

·        Bachelor’s degree specializing in marketing preferred.

·        One (1) to two (2) years of experience in marketing preferred.

·        Real estate experience preferred but not required.

·        Design Software: Canva, Adobe Suite (Lightroom, Photoshop, InDesign)
