Key Responsibilities:
- Client Interaction: Warmly greet clients as they arrive, answer phone calls, respond to inquiries, and provide accurate information about our services.
- Appointment Management: Efficiently manage the front desk operations, including scheduling and confirming appointments, managing walk-ins, and coordinating with nail technicians.
- Retail and Sales: Assist with retail sales, process transactions accurately, and handle cash and credit payments. Upsell salon services and products to enhance the client experience and drive revenue.
- Administrative Support: Perform basic administrative duties such as data entry, filing, maintaining client records, and assisting with inventory management.
- Maintain Salon Environment: Keep the reception area clean and organized, restock supplies, and ensure a tidy, welcoming atmosphere.
- Assist with Salon Maintenance: Help with washing and folding towels, sterilizing and disinfecting tools, and bagging them according to salon protocols to ensure a safe and hygienic environment.
- Customer Service Excellence: Address any client concerns or complaints with professionalism and ensure a positive salon experience for every client.
- Knowledge of Services: Maintain a thorough understanding of our salon services and products to provide knowledgeable recommendations to clients.
Qualifications:
- Exceptional Communication Skills: Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to interact professionally with clients and staff.
- Multitasking Abilities: Proven ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Sales and Upselling Skills: Strong retail sales skills with a talent for upselling and promoting products and services.
- Cash Handling Experience: Proficiency with cash registers and basic math skills, with experience in handling cash and credit transactions.
- Previous Experience: Experience in a customer service role, preferably in a salon, spa, or retail environment. Experience working in a nail salon or retail setting is a plus.
