Responsibilities
- Client Engagement : Communicate effectively with Spanish and English-speaking clients to understand their insurance needs and provide comprehensive solutions.
- Sales Target Achievement : Meet and exceed sales targets by offering suitable insurance products tailored to the clients unique requirements. Must sell a minimum of 20 policies a month.
- Policy Recommendation : Provide personalized recommendations to clients, ensuring they are well-informed about their insurance options and benefits.
- Relationship Management : Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to foster trust and loyalty.
- Cultural Awareness : Utilize cultural knowledge to connect with clients on a deeper level and understand their perspectives and needs.
