Nakoa Analytic Solutions seeks a highly skilled Senior Business Analyst to support project management, data automation, and compliance initiatives for a federal client. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in analytics, governance tracking, and process automation, with an emphasis on aligning data-driven insights with operational goals.
SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIES :
- Lead efforts to integrate data into communication systems to enable real-time tracking and enhanced decision-making.
- Develop and maintain governance metrics dashboards to support compliance monitoring and operational efficiency.
- Coordinate sprint planning sessions, track outcomes, and provide recommendations to leadership and stakeholders for continuous process improvement.
- Oversee project tracking automation and ensure project milestones and deadlines are consistently met.
- Conduct in-depth analyses of operational data to identify trends, measure program impacts, and inform strategic decisions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure program deliverables align with broader operational objectives.
