We are seeking to add a Data Entry, File Clerk, Office Secretary to our team! You will be responsible for accurate data entry, file maintenance, and record keeping.
Responsibilities:
- Code all truck tickets.
- Input date from tickets into the company’s database with precision and speed.
- Knowlege of Accounts payable
- File all payables & correspondence
- Utilize Excel and other software systems to manage data effectively.
- Answering phone calls.
- Assist in other departments daily duties.
- Keep all office supplies ordered.
Qualifications:
- Proficient in data entry with a strong typing speed and accuracy.
- Basic math skills for handling numerical data effectively.
- Familiarity with file management systems and organizational techniques.
- Experience with order entry systems is a plus.
- Strong computer skills, particularly in Microsoft Excel and other relevant software applications.
- Excellent organizational skills to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- Ability to work independently while maintaining high standards of quality in data management.
Salary : $15 - $18
