What are the responsibilities and job description for the Data Entry, File Clerk, Office Secretary position at Nally & Hamilton Enterprises, Inc.?

We are seeking to add a Data Entry, File Clerk, Office Secretary to our team! You will be responsible for accurate data entry, file maintenance, and record keeping.

Responsibilities:

  • Code all truck tickets.
  • Input date from tickets into the company’s database with precision and speed.
  • Knowlege of Accounts payable
  • File all payables & correspondence
  • Utilize Excel and other software systems to manage data effectively.
  • Answering phone calls.
  • Assist in other departments daily duties.
  • Keep all office supplies ordered.

Qualifications:

  • Proficient in data entry with a strong typing speed and accuracy.
  • Basic math skills for handling numerical data effectively.
  • Familiarity with file management systems and organizational techniques.
  • Experience with order entry systems is a plus.
  • Strong computer skills, particularly in Microsoft Excel and other relevant software applications.
  • Excellent organizational skills to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
  • Ability to work independently while maintaining high standards of quality in data management.

Salary : $15 - $18
