Role- Business Analyst- payment Fraud and Digital Money Movement.

Location: Charlotte, NC and San Leandro, CA ( 5 Days Client office)

• Dynamic and experienced Business Analyst with 5-7 years of experience
• What we truly need is expertise in payment Fraud Services and Digital Money Movement. Expertise particularly lies in payment fraud services, where Candidate is deeply involved in identifying, analyzing, and preventing fraudulent activities to ensure secure and seamless transactions for our clients. Additionally, have a strong background in digital money movement, having worked on various projects that facilitate the smooth transfer of funds across digital platforms
• Experience working in high-regulated environment with potentially confidential information.
• Experience with JIRA, Confluence, Visio
• Collaborating closely with stakeholders (Product Owner, Delivery team, business users etc.) to understand their needs and gather detailed business requirements
• Developing and documenting business process models to illustrate both current and future states and proposing and designing technical and process solutions that align with business objectives.
• Communication is key in this position, as candidate will be responsible for conveying your findings, recommendations, and project updates to stakeholders and executives. Detailed documentation of business requirements, processes, and solutions will also be part of the duties.
• Participate in testing and validating new systems and processes to ensure they meet business requirements. Identifying opportunities for process improvements and contributing to ongoing optimization efforts will be a continuous part of your role.
• Possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills, proficiency in data analysis tools and techniques, and excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Should be comfortable working collaboratively with cross-functional teams and have experience with business process modeling and documentation tools.
• Knowledge of project management methodologies and tools is also required.
