Job Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding table service, ensuring a warm and welcoming experience for every guest
• Have a strong knowledge of our menu, including ramen, small plates, and handcrafted drinks, to provide recommendations and answer questions
• Take accurate orders and coordinate with the kitchen and bar staff to ensure timely service
• Maintain a clean and organized dining area, including resetting tables and assisting with side work
• Handle payments, operate the POS system efficiently, and provide accurate billing
• Work as a team with fellow staff members to create a smooth and enjoyable dining experience
• Uphold all health, safety, and sanitation guidelines in accordance with restaurant policies

What We're Looking For

• Previous serving experience in a fast-paced restaurant preferred (upscale casual or Asian cuisine a plus)
• Passion for food, beverages, and hospitality
• Ability to multitask and remain professional under pressure
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
• Must be at least 18 (or 21 for alcohol service, depending on state regulations)
