- Conduct regular inspections of guest rooms and public areas to ensure cleanliness and adherence to established quality standards.
- Manage inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment, placing orders as necessary to maintain adequate stock levels.
- Address guest inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally to enhance guest satisfaction.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery throughout the facility.
- Implement effective floor care procedures for various surfaces to maintain a polished appearance.

Requirements
