Namiro Sushi (formerly Bamboo) is the Hamptons’ hottest new sushi spot, and we’re building a powerhouse kitchen team. We're on the hunt for an experienced Sous Chef and Sushi Chef's who’s got the skills, drive, and leadership chops to help us deliver an elevated Japanese dining experience.

What We’re Looking For:

• Strong experience in sushi, Japanese, or Asian-fusion cuisine
• Proven ability to lead a line and support the Executive Chef
• Clean, fast, organized, and consistent
• Reliable under pressure and passionate about execution
• Someone who shows up, levels up, and sets the tone in the kitchen
