Warehouse Maintenance
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment.
- Ensure proper storage and labeling of materials and equipment.
- Monitor and manage consumables, tooling inventory, and spare parts.
- Perform regular inventory counts and reconcile discrepancies.
- Coordinate with procurement to reorder supplies as needed.
- Conduct routine inspections of golf carts and forklifts to ensure operational safety.
- Report any maintenance or repair needs promptly.
- Maintain records of equipment calibration schedules.
- Coordinate with relevant departments to ensure timely calibration of tools and equipment.
- Assist with loading and unloading deliveries.
- Verify incoming shipments against purchase orders and inspect for damages.
- Prepare and package outgoing shipments accurately.
- Maintain accurate records of inventory levels, inspections, and calibrations.
- Generate reports as required by management.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in warehouse operations or inventory management preferred.
- Familiarity with warehouse management systems and inventory tracking.
- Ability to operate forklifts and other warehouse equipment.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
- Ability to lift 50 pounds, as well as perform physically demanding tasks as needed.
- Basic computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
