Responsibilities
- Deliver food and beverages from the kitchen to the dining area in a timely manner.
- Assist in maintaining cleanliness and organization of the kitchen and dining areas.
- Buss tables and assist with resetting them for new guests.
- Communicate effectively with kitchen staff and servers to ensure accurate order delivery.
- Help with food handling procedures, ensuring all items are presented correctly and meet quality standards.
- Support catering events as needed, contributing to a seamless service experience for guests.
- Provide excellent customer service by responding promptly to guest inquiries or requests.
Skills
- Previous experience in the food industry is preferred, particularly in roles related to customer service or food handling.
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to interact positively with guests and team members.
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure while maintaining attention to detail.
- Familiarity with kitchen operations, including cleanliness standards and bussing procedures.
