Five Rivers Analytics is looking for a highly skilled and proactive Project Manager (PM) to oversee and manage a team of Personnel Security and Industrial Security Specialists. As the PM, you will ensure that all work and deliverables meet the highest quality standards and are completed are in accordance with the statement of work. You are also responsible for providing timely updates and detailed reports to the designated customer representatives regarding the status and performance of team members.
The ideal candidate will bring knowledge and experience managing security related projects, extensive experience in both personnel and industrial security and a proven record of proven reliability and good conduct. Further, the PM requires expertise people management and communications experience including techniques that minimizing staffing challenges. Responsibilities
The PM is responsible for providing proactive program management, analyzes the operations quality and performance of a distributed Personnel Security and Industrial Security Specialists and works closely with the designated customer representative to ensure requirements are met. In addition, the PM shall :
- Directly supervise all assigned personnel.
- Maintain and manage communication between all parties.
- Ensures program schedules, performance, and deliverables are met.
- Provide risk management planning and performing qualitative risk analysis.
- Define, sequence, and estimate workload activities and resources.
- Manage quality control and compliance.
- Demonstrate experience working with a computer including all common office management tools (e.g. Microsoft Office).
