Requirements and Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A minimum of 3 years of directly related restaurant cooking and/or baking experience.
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
- Ability to instruct and train others.
- Strong communication and leadership skills.
- Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and situations.
Working Conditions
You will be working in a remote camp setting, frequently exposed to arctic conditions. The noise level will be moderate to loud. You must be able to stand, walk, climb, push, pull, use hands and arms, stoop, kneel, and crouch constantly. Travel may be required by plane and/or bus to remote camps.
