Job Description
We are seeking a Quality Control Inspector to join our team at NANA Regional Corporation. This role is responsible for testing and inspecting products at various stages of the production process, ensuring they meet quality and reliability standards.
Duties:
* Interprets engineering drawings, schematic diagrams, or formulas to determine quality and reliability standards
* Selects products for tests at specified stages in the production process and evaluates their performance, life, or material characteristics
* Records test data, applying statistical quality control procedures
* Evaluates data and writes reports to validate or indicate deviations from existing standards
* Recommends modifications of existing quality or production standards to achieve optimum quality within limits of equipment capability
* Sets up and performs destructive and nondestructive tests on materials, parts, or products to measure performance, life, or material characteristics
* Prepares graphs or charts of data or enters data into computer for analysis
Qualifications:
* High School Diploma or GED equivalent or ten (10) years Quality Control Inspector experience will be considered
* Minimum five (5) years directly related Quality Control Inspector experience with knowledge of construction and oil & gas industry
* Current AWS CWI - Certified Welding Inspector certification
* Current NACE CIP 1 Coating Inspector certification
