Job Summary
We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Preschool Teacher to join our educational team. The Preschool Teacher will work closely with parents and staff to ensure each child's needs are met in a private school setting.
Duties
- Develop and implement age-appropriate lesson plans that align with early childhood education standards.
- Foster a positive classroom environment that encourages exploration and learning through play.
- Manage classroom behavior effectively, using positive reinforcement strategies to promote good conduct.
- Provide individualized support to children with special education needs or those requiring additional assistance.
- Conduct regular assessments of children's progress in literacy education and other developmental areas.
- Communicate regularly with parents regarding their child's progress, challenges, and achievements.
- Maintain a safe and clean classroom environment, ensuring the well-being of all students.
- Collaborate with colleagues to enhance the educational experience and share best practices in toddler care.
