Duties

• Collaborate with the kitchen team to plan menus and develop new pastry items for special events or seasonal offerings.
• Package finished products for catering orders or retail display, ensuring they are presented attractively.
• Monitor inventory levels of ingredients and supplies, placing orders as necessary to maintain stock.
• Provide excellent customer service by engaging with guests, answering questions about menu items, and accommodating special requests.
