General Manager

Job Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced General Manager to oversee our operations and ensure the highest level of service in our establishment. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in the food industry, particularly within quick service Casual Dine food restaurant environment. This role requires exceptional leadership skills, a customer-focused mindset, and the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage daily operations to ensure efficiency and high-quality service.
• Develop and implement budgets, forecasts, and financial reports to drive profitability.
• Oversee staff management including hiring, training, scheduling, and performance evaluations.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations within the food service environment.
• Address customer inquiries and complaints promptly to maintain satisfaction levels.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure menu quality and timely service delivery.
• Analyze operational performance metrics to identify areas for improvement.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a General Manager or in a similar managerial role within the food industry.
• Strong knowledge of budgeting processes and financial management.
• Familiarity with Clover POS or similar point-of-sale systems is preferred.
• Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide team members.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
• Knowledge of shift management practices in fast-paced environments.
• Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written.
