Responsibilities
- Supervise and engage children in age-appropriate activities, including playtime, arts and crafts, and educational games.
- Prepare nutritious meals and snacks for children, accommodating any dietary restrictions.
- Maintain a safe and clean environment by tidying up after activities and ensuring the children's areas are organized.
- Assist with daily routines such as bathing, dressing, and bedtime preparations.
- Provide first aid when necessary and communicate any concerns regarding the children's health or behavior to parents.
- Foster a positive relationship with both the children and their families through open communication and trust-building.
Experience
- Previous experience in childcare settings such as preschool or daycare is preferred.
- Strong background in caregiving with a focus on toddler care, infant care, and general babysitting/nannying duties.
- Knowledge of first aid practices is a plus; certification is highly regarded.
- Ability to cook simple meals for children while promoting healthy eating habits.
- A genuine love for working with children and a commitment to their development and safety.
