What are the responsibilities and job description for the Nanny position at Nanny Heroes Agency?
Energetic Summit Family seeking a Nanny/Family Assistant for B2.5 as their family grows. Care is needed Monday through Thursday 8am-7pm beginning ~March 10th (flexible with start date), with flexibility for overtime and Fridays as needed.
Responsibilities:
-All childcare related duties for B2.5
-Developmental and educational activities
-Transportation to/from school & activities
-Weather-permitting outdoor time and classes
-Maintaining organization of B2.5’s room and common areas
-Household tasks such as loading/unloading dishwasher, general tidying of common areas, laundry (primarily for children), grocery shopping, errands, opening packages, meal-preparation.
Schedule: 8am-7pm, Monday through Thursday. Flexible to do overtime and Fridays as needed.
Household Notes:
-Mom works from home M, F but is typically very active/ on calls in the home office
-Family vehicle may be available for use, but strong preference to candidates who don’t mind using their own car
-Family does not have any pets of their own, however comfortability with large dogs preferred as occasionally the family will visit grandparents home or have them come over with their dogs
Ideal Candidate:
-Caring, proactive, reliable, structured, collaborative, upbeat, positive, clean, energetic, honest, flexible, active, firm as needed, and a hard worker
-Well-versed in developmental milestones and education-focused
-Preference to those who like sports/played them as a child and will help keep B2.5 active
-Strong communicator
-Open to giving opinion/guidance while ultimately respecting family’s decisions
Compensation:
- Hourly rate commensurate with Experience

Requirements:
-3 years of toddler experience; ideally newborn experience as well
- Eligible to work in the US
- Reliable and safe vehicle
- Clean criminal and driving record
- Fluent English
-CPR/First Aid certified
