What are the responsibilities and job description for the Full-time Nanny position at Nanny Kate & Co.?
Full-time Nanny needed in Jamaica Plain for one child, age 5-months-old, starting in early March (flex to mid-March). The schedule is Monday through Friday, 8am-4pm (flex if Nanny wants 9am-5pm). The Family would love to find a nanny for a minimum of 2 years!
A great match for this role brings a wealth of infant experience, confidence, patience, with a warm, kind, and loving disposition. A nanny who loves planning and engaging the baby in developmentally appropriate activities and collaborates with the parents for continuity of care.
The family is within walking distance to a park, playground, and a pond, and a short drive to the Arboretum and library, so someone who enjoys getting outside as the baby gets older would be great!
Both parents work hybrid schedules with private offices when working from home.
The family has no pets.
Compensation: $32 /hour with guaranteed hours, optional healthcare stipend, paid vacations, paid holidays, and paid sick time. All pay on the books through payroll.
