What are the responsibilities and job description for the Full-time Nanny position at Nanny Kate & Co.?
Family relocating to Boston is seeking a full-time Nanny in Charlestown for their adorable and easy going baby girl, age 6 months (at start date), starting March 4th. The schedule is Monday through Friday, 9am – 5pm, with guaranteed hours weekly. The family would love to find a nanny for 18 months (at a minimum).
A great fit for this family is warm, nurturing, kind, active, communicative, trustworthy, and invested in the safety, security, routine, care, and development of their daughter. Someone engaging who takes an interest in planning age appropriate activities which promote development and milestones. They would love to find a nanny who enjoys getting outdoors and planning fun outings and playdates in and around the city!
The family has a 25 lb. friendly hypoallergenic dog so a pet friendly nanny would be great!
Both parents work from home in private offices.
The family would love to find a nanny who enjoys traveling with them! They mainly travel to Nantucket and Rhode Island, 5-6 times a year. The Nanny must be able to swim and be comfortable bringing their daughter in the water, if they travel with the family.
A car is not required for this role but a driver’s license is. Parking is not available.
Compensation: $34/hour with 2 weeks of paid vacation, 12 paid holidays, 40 hours of sick time, and an optional healthcare stipend. All pay on the books through payroll.
