Position 1: Full-Time Nanny for Baby
Location: Currently in Winter Park, moving to Maitland in June/July
Duration: Minimum of six months, with the possibility of at least a one-year commitment
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7 AM – 5 PM
Pay: $18–$20 per hour, based on experience
About the Role:
This position involves providing attentive care for an active baby as the mother transitions back to work following maternity leave. The ideal candidate is nurturing, proactive, and highly engaged, with the ability to match the baby’s energy level throughout the day.
Responsibilities:
- Follow a structured schedule, including nap times (10:00–11:30 AM and 2:00–4:00 PM).
- Manage feeding routines, including bottle feeding (formula), assisting with the transition to solid foods, and occasional breastfeeding sessions.
- Provide engaging and stimulating activities appropriate for the baby's development.
- Occasionally walk the baby to visit the grandmother, who lives just a block away.
- Assist with light housekeeping, including baby laundry and washing bottles.
Ideal Candidate:
- Experience with infants and energetic babies is preferred.
- Warm, patient, and eager to foster the baby’s growth and routine.

- Comfortable with a pool environment, as the family’s new home will feature one.
Position 2: Nanny for 2 children | Part-Time & Growing into More
Location: Currently in Winter Park, moving to Maitland in June/July
Duration: Long-term potential
Schedule: Flexible, with Tuesdays & Thursdays (9 AM – 1 PM) starting in August
Pay: $20 Based on experience, with additional pay available for extra household tasks
About the Role:
This position primarily involves caring for the younger child, with occasional care for the older sibling. Starting in August, when the older child begins daycare on Tuesdays and Thursdays, the focus of care will shift more toward the younger child. The nanny should be highly engaged, interactive, and present, as the family encourages active participation and no screen time.
Responsibilities:
- Provide attentive, hands-on care with no screen time.
- Oversee dietary needs and allergies, ensuring food safety and proper meal preparation.
- Support the younger child's feeding routine, which includes breastfeeding and bottle feeding.
- Encourage walks and outdoor time in the family’s walkable neighborhood.
- Be open to eventual driving responsibilities, such as taking the children to activities.
Bonus Tasks (Optional, with Additional Pay):
- Household assistance, including meal prepping, folding laundry, vacuuming, washing dishes, and walking the dogs.
Ideal Candidate:
- Comfortable with special dietary needs and allergies (EpiPen training is a plus).
- Adaptable to the family’s evolving needs and comfortable working alongside the mom.
- Loves active, screen-free interaction and fostering a stimulating environment.
We require or team members to have a valid Drivers License as well as vehicle they can take to and from work, be 18yo and have graduated high school, a CPR/First Aid certification, be able to pass a background check, have 3 or more years of childcare experience and be able to provide references.
