Position Details:
- Schedule: MondayFriday, variable hours as needed
- Monthly Commitment: 20 guaranteed hours, with potential for more

- Rate: $28$35/hour, based on experience ($560 and $700 per month)
- Provide as-needed backup care when the primary nanny is unavailable
