Responsibilities:
- Handle incoming sales leads and maintain proactive communication throughout the instrument sales process.
- Demonstrate products and deliver presentations tailored to the customers needs.
- Generate and distribute sample reports to illustrate potential applications and benefits to customers.
- Prepare and send out detailed quotes for comprehensive system configurations.
- Strive to meet and exceed assigned sales targets.
- Generate new leads by research and contacts
- Perform additional tasks as directed by the sales manager.
Requirements:
- Strong communication, presentation, and problem-solving skills.
- Attention to detail and ability to handle complex information.
- Ability to work independently and manage personal sales goals effectively.
Qualifications:
- Some experience in sales, particularly with technical or custom products, is beneficial.
- Basic understanding of the mechanical properties of materials and metrology is advantageous.
- A valid U.S. driver’s license is required.
Physical Requirements:
- Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
- Must be able to lift up to 25 pounds at a time.
- May require travel within assigned territory or area.

Compensation and Benefits:
- $24-28/hour commissions
