Description:
As Assistant Manager, you will act as a brand ambassador and assist in running the overall operations of the retail business. The ideal candidate will have a sharp business mindset, and aid in exceeding set financial targets while providing an exceptional customer-service experience. The position requires the ability to train and develop sales associates, monitoring inventory control, and grow a solid customer base.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily store operations, ensuring an elevated customer service experience and atmosphere
- Assist in analyzing KPIs and proactively implement marketing strategies and sales initiatives to identify and enhance areas for store performance improvement
- Manage inventory levels and supporting omni channel services, conducting stock checks
- Achieve and maintain excellent retail and visual merchandising standards in all areas of the sales floor and stockroom
- Support with recruiting, training, and leading the team to optimize performance
- Cultivate and grow the customer base and manage client data
Ideal Candidate:
- Working in a retail environment within luxury fashion, preferably in a progressive leadership role; must have flexibility to work non-traditional hours, including evenings, weekends and holidays
- Proficient in analyzing and interpreting data and information
- Demonstrate self-starter initiative, entrepreneurial spirit, and high motivation, with ability to inspire others
- Customer-centric mindset with the ability to fine-tune the need of the customer and translate that into excellent customer service
- Positive, diligent, proactive, and target-driven
- Effective team player with clear communication skills, fostering cooperation and respect
- Fluency in English is a prerequisite for this position (additional languages based on the market requirements are preferred)
