Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the kitchen staff, providing guidance and support to ensure efficient operations.
- Develop and design innovative menu items that reflect current culinary trends while maintaining the restaurant's vision.
- Oversee food preparation and production processes to ensure quality, consistency, and adherence to health and safety regulations.
- Maintain inventory levels of food supplies and ingredients, placing orders as necessary to ensure seamless service.
- Train and mentor kitchen staff on cooking techniques, food safety practices, and restaurant policies.

Experience
