Responsibilities:
As a Bilingual Spanish-Speaking Automotive Service Advisor at Full Line Auto Care, you will serve as a crucial link between our customers and our automotive technicians. Your responsibilities will include:
- Customer Communication: Interacting with customers in both English and Spanish, providing friendly and informative service, answering questions, and addressing concerns.
- Service Recommendations: Assessing customer vehicle needs, explaining recommended repairs and maintenance, and providing accurate estimates.
- Appointment Scheduling: Coordinating appointments and ensuring a smooth workflow in the service department.
- Ordering Parts: Ordering necessary parts and ensuring their timely arrival to expedite repairs.
- Quality Assurance: Communicating with the service team to ensure repairs are completed to the highest standards and on schedule.
- Customer Follow-Up: Keeping customers informed about the status of their vehicles, providing updates on repair progress, and explaining any additional work required.
- Documentation: Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions, service history, and invoices.
Qualifications:
