What are the responsibilities and job description for the Experienced Parts counter position at Napa Auto Parts?
Now Hiring for Orleans and Dennis Port locations.
Responsibilities include:
- Answer inbound calls
- Assist walk-in customers in a timely and professional manner
- Look up parts requested, using electronic parts catalog
- Complete all orders accurately and efficiently
- Follow up with customers on quoted parts to close sale
- Prospect new and existing clients regularly
- Process all invoices and paperwork daily
- Tasks set by the manager
- Assist with daily parts deliveries
Required skills include:
- Must be at least 18 years old
- High School diploma or equivalent
- Prior automotive background or knowledge, ASE Certification
- Ability to work flexible schedule to include some weekends, evenings and holidays
- Must enjoy working with people in a fast paced and exciting environment
