Responsibilities
- Greet customers warmly and assist them in locating automotive parts and accessories.
- Process sales transactions accurately using the Point of Sale (POS) system.
- Provide product demonstrations and explain features to enhance customer understanding.
- Maintain an organized stock area, ensuring products are well-displayed and easily accessible.
- Utilize retail math to manage inventory levels and assist with stock replenishment.
- Supervise store operations during shifts, providing guidance to team members as needed.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly to ensure satisfaction.
- Uphold high standards of cleanliness and organization throughout the store.
Qualifications
- Strong customer service skills with a focus on creating positive experiences for customers.
- Proficient in basic math skills for handling transactions and inventory management.
- Experience in retail or sales environments is preferred.
- Familiarity with automotive products is a plus but not required; training will be provided.
- Excellent phone etiquette for handling customer calls effectively.
