Our family-owned store cares about everyone that comes in from our customers to our delivery drivers, and we rely on our Store Managers to share that same vision. WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING –
- Operating and managing a store on a daily basis and driving store growth, sales, and profitability
- Demonstrating true leadership with vision, collaboration, trust, respect, and effectiveness
- Creating a strong store culture where everyone excels
- Identifying and perusing opportunities for more customers and revenue
- Helping employees, especially outside sales, identify, develop, and maintain goals and projects
- Leading a store to its highest potential of customer service, quality, and efficiency
- Display overall neatness, responsibility, and passion while serving your team and customers
- Communicating with employees, customers, and DC’s
- Monitoring store sales and profit performance
- Plan schedules for employees and coordinate deliveries
- Maintain a safe work environment including work vehicles
WHAT YOU’LL NEED –
- Minimum two years of supervisor experience
- Experience in the automotive aftermarket industry
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- A desire to lead others with respect, trust, and vision
- Attention to detail and strong organization skills
- Ability to thrive in fast-paced, changing environments
- Positive attitude and professional conduct/appearance
- Valid driver’s license
