Job Summary
The job of Early Childhood Education Assistant II is done for the purpose / s of providing support to the instructional program within assigned classroom with specific responsibility for organizing and directing age appropriate activities for infants to pre-school aged children in classrooms, common areas and playgrounds; preparing and serving meals; and assisting in maintaining a clean and safe learning environment for children.
This Job reports to Assigned Supervisor
Requirements / Qualifications
QUALIFICATIONS :
- Job related experience is required in infant to pre-school age children or child care setting
- High school diploma or equivalent with an emphasis in Early Child Development
- Early Childhood Education or related field 9 units
- Food Handlers / ServSafe Certificate
- Pediatric CPR / First Aid Certificate
- Physical Capacities Test Clearance
