We are seeking a proactive and experienced IT Manager to oversee and maintain the IT operations for Wine Service Cooperative. This role is critical in ensuring the efficiency and security of our network infrastructure, devices, and software systems across all facilities. In addition, the IT Manager will act as a super-user for the company's Warehouse Management System (WMS) – Manhattan Scale – supporting its implementation, configuration, and optimization. Familiarity with Microsoft 365 is essential.
Key Responsibilities :
- Network Infrastructure :
Manage and maintain network infrastructure across all facilities to ensure uptime and reliability.
Manage all IT hardware, including servers, workstations, mobile devices, and peripherals.
Serve as the primary expert on the Manhattan Scale WMS.
Administer and support Microsoft 365 applications, including Exchange, Excel, Word, SharePoint, Teams, and OneDrive.
Collaborate with leadership to align IT initiatives with business goals.
Provide Level 2 / 3 support to resolve complex technical issues.
Qualifications :
Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field (or equivalent experience). Proven experience managing IT operations, including network infrastructure and devices. Expertise in WMS systems, preferably Manhattan Scale, with super-user capabilities. Proficiency in Microsoft 365 administration and security.
Must have strong analytical and problem-solving skills, excellent communication and interpersonal skills for end-user training and support. Ability to work independently and as part of a team is a plus. Experience in the wine or logistics industry is preferable. Certifications such as CompTIA Network , Microsoft 365 Certified, or equivalent is preferred and knowledge of cybersecurity best practices and tools a plus.
