Administrative Assistant
A dynamic, long-standing, and rapidly growing retail automotive group based in the Chicagoland metro area is expanding and has an immediate opening for an experienced Assistant Office Manager at one of our newest locations. This is a very rare opportunity within a large automotive group that could result in endless opportunities.
We have a different approach to conducting business within our group and we need top talent to maintain our customer centered approach. We hire assertive, forward-thinkers who see the big picture of our business and look to grow within our organization.
Main responsibilities should include but are not limited to the following:
- Processing weekly payroll summaries and commissions
- Billing, breaking down and submitting deals
- Reconciling F&I product statements
- Prior automotive dealership experience is a must
- Need to be responsible, organized, and have good communication skills
- Handle other general dealership accounting functions
