Responsibilities
- Read and interpret blueprints to ensure accurate pool construction.
- Utilize hand tools and power tools effectively for construction tasks.
- Install various components of swimming pools, including walls, liners, and decking.
- Collaborate with team members on-site to ensure efficient workflow.
- Maintain a clean and safe construction site, adhering to safety regulations.
- Communicate with clients regarding project progress and any adjustments needed.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in construction or carpentry, particularly related to pool installation.
- Strong ability to read blueprints and technical drawings accurately.
- Experience with construction estimating techniques is essential.
- Proficient in using hand tools and power tools safely and effectively.
- Knowledge of construction site safety practices is required.
- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team while also being self-motivated.
