Key Responsibilities of the Role: Inventory Management: Maintain accurate inventory records in the vault and sales floor, identifying and resolving discrepancies promptly.Operational Efficiency: Ensure precise weighing, fulfillment, and labeling of products, maintaining a clean and sterile work environment.Compliance Champion: Track products electronically using company software and METRC to ensure full compliance with CRA regulations.Receiving and Organization: Efficiently receive, organize, and store daily product shipments.Quality Control: Perform regular quality checks on products to ensure they meet NAR's high standards.Team Support: Assist in various operational tasks as needed, contributing to the overall efficiency of the store.

Job Requirements

Eligibility

  • Must be 21 years of age or older
  • High school diploma or GED required
  • Able to pass a comprehensive background check
  • Valid driver's license or state ID
  • Ability to lift and move up to 50 pounds
  • Willing to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed

Nice to Have (But Not Required):

  • Previous experience in cannabis retail or inventory management
  • Familiarity with METRC and Dutchie POS / Back Office systems
  • Knowledge of cannabis products and industry regulations

Compensation & Benefits:

  • Pay: $14.00 - $16.00 per hour

Role Specific Details - For Internal Onboarding
Inventory Management

  • Conduct regular inventory audits to ensure accuracy between physical counts and system records
  • Identify and report inventory discrepancies promptly to management
  • Maintain organized and secure storage of all cannabis products in the vault and on the sales floor

Operational Excellence

  • Maintain a clean, organized, and sterile work environment at all times
  • Perform precise weighing, packaging, and labeling of products according to company standards and regulatory requirements
  • Efficiently manage time to meet goals while remaining proactive in problem-solving

Compliance & Tracking

  • Demonstrate proficiency in using inventory tracking software and METRC system
  • Ensure all product movements are accurately recorded in compliance with CRA regulations
  • Stay informed about changes in cannabis regulations and company policies

Receiving & Logistics

  • Receive and process incoming product shipments accurately and efficiently
  • Record and organize and store products according to company protocols and regulatory requirements
  • Assist with loading and unloading items from machines, carts, and dollies as needed

Quality Control

  • Perform regular quality checks on products to ensure they meet NAR's standards
  • Report any quality issues or concerns to management promptly
  • Assist in implementing and maintaining quality control procedures

Team Collaboration

  • Work effectively with other team members to ensure smooth store operations
  • Communicate clearly and professionally with management and colleagues
  • Assist in training new team members on back-of-house procedures when required

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $15.00 - $16.00 per hour
