Your Main Responsibilities
PRIMARY FUNCTION / POSITION OVERVIEW:
Responsible for material inventory activities in the ESS/MOD OCC Operations. Specifically, responsible for the materials management function relating to the receiving, shipping, and inventory levels of materials and products to meet company objectives and customer requirements. The specialist will investigate discrepancies, conduct daily reconciliations, and ensure transactional accuracy.

Inventory Specialist
Your Main Responsibilities
PRIMARY FUNCTION / POSITION OVERVIEW:
Responsible for material inventory activities in the ESS/MOD OCC Operations. Specifically, responsible for the materials management function relating to the receiving, shipping, and inventory levels of materials and products to meet company objectives and customer requirements. The specialist will investigate discrepancies, conduct daily reconciliations, and ensure transactional accuracy.
Costing:
- Complete and maintain all necessary records and reports associated with producing simple and complex assemblies as required.
- Indicate missing or damaged goods and properly communicate to the materials team.
- Responsible for minimizing inventory inaccuracies and meeting establish KPIs
- Support in the reduction of expedited material purchasing through timely identification and communication of product loss.
- Manage low-usage and phase-down part inventories, balancing service levels and cost.
- Optimize inventory organization and storage.
- Apply material management expertise to current business conditions.
- Monitor inventory turns, obsolescence, and cost impact.
- Ensure compliance with inventory control procedures.
- Drive continuous improvement in parts, packaging, mix, and storage.
- Manage inventory storage locations.
- Handle and package materials, maintaining accurate records.
- Maintain equipment and work areas.
- Lead inventory processes, including cycle counting.
- Collaborate effectively with stakeholders and mentor new employees.
- Focus on root cause analysis and implement solutions.
- Demonstrate strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Perform other duties as assigned.

- Observe and actively participate in all company rules and safety practices
- The demonstration of work duties which an employee should know and understand to produce quality, defect-free pieces, or quality mistake-free work output.
- Check quality of material and verify conformance to standards.
- Responsible for the quality of systematic or physical movement of material.
- Guide and assist other personnel as directed.
- Provide suggestions and ideas toward continuous improvement.
- Minimum High School Diploma
- Fully vested 401k match, up to 7% of total eligible compensation.
