Bartender

Overview
We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Bartender to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for mixology and a commitment to providing exceptional service in a fast-paced environment. As a Bartender, you will play a key role in creating memorable experiences for our guests while ensuring the highest standards of quality and hospitality.

Duties

• Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to established recipes and customer preferences.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including washing glassware and utensils.
• Engage with guests, providing recommendations and answering questions about drink selections.
• Handle cash register transactions accurately, including processing payments and giving change.
• Monitor inventory levels of liquor, mixers, and supplies; assist with ordering as needed.
• Adhere to food safety and sanitation guidelines to ensure a safe environment for both staff and customers.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff during banquets or catering events to ensure seamless service.
• Stay updated on current drink trends and menu offerings to enhance guest experience.

Requirements

• Previous bartending experience in a restaurant, fine dining, or hospitality setting is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of cocktail recipes, bartending techniques, and food safety regulations.
• Excellent math skills for handling cash register transactions and managing tabs.
• Ability to work efficiently under pressure while maintaining a positive attitude.
• Strong communication skills to effectively interact with guests and team members.
• Experience in catering or banquet services is a plus.
• Must be of legal drinking age as per state regulations.
