What are the responsibilities and job description for the Case Manager position at NARCOG?
NARCOG is growing and we are hiring for multiple Case Manager positions! NARCOG is seeking full-time Case Managers to coordinate the provision of in-home services for elderly and disabled homebound clients in the communities of our three counties in North Central Alabama (Cullman, Lawrence, and Morgan Counties). This position is responsible for assessing client needs, developing care plans, and maintaining accurate records. Minimum qualifications: BA/BS degree, preferably in a human services related field, from an accredited college or university; a Registered Nurse with a current active Alabama license; or a Licensed Social Worker. Must possess a valid drivers license.
Beginning Salary is $37,835.20. Salary Grade 8. Full-time. Non-Exempt.
This position reports to the Aging Clinical Coordinator.
