About the role: Narrative seeks a Studio Manager to join our team of communications and public affairs professionals. This role will establish and manage the processes and scheduling for the in-house creative and marketing teams. The ideal candidate will manage the full studio schedule process including supporting project brief development by client service teams; scoping (hours and budgets); and the review/approval process. This individual will be a bridge between the client service teams and creative capabilities teams to maximize the value and resources invested to support firm clients. Responsibilities will include extensive collaboration with members of the creative and marketing teams to develop systems that support the creation of high-quality creative and marketing deliverables. This role will be crucial to the continued growth of Narrative’s creative and marketing capabilities offerings and ensuring team resources are balanced to support telling complex stories, informed by various perspectives, interests, and experiences leveraging a full range of creative and marketing offerings.
About the ideal candidate: Applicants must work well under deadlines, have excellent written and oral communication skills, have strong attention to detail and organizational abilities, as well as a desire to learn and deliver the highest level of client service. Previous experience serving in a robust project manager or operations director role at a creative agency or similar organization is preferred. Must have extensive working knowledge of project management tools, e.g. Asana, and be comfortable developing and implementing AI-driven processes where appropriate to increase efficiencies. Candidates must be based in the DC area.

Salary : $98,000 - $115,000
